- UK Riots 2011 and the Social Media - The extensive use and anxiety over social media (Blackberry messenger, Twitter and Facebook) raises issues of how digital communications are embeded in the topology of urban space and culture. As a first phase of developing a project we should construct some imaginative ways of mapping the information that is already available on the net on the riots and social media.
