Academic research can be questioned to write another research paper. However, it never fails to adequately represent Indigenous communities. On the other way round, the whole concept of research may sometimes be left without any research. This may happen because shortcomings may creep in the Indigenous research as sometimes they may take certain things for granted. This does not mean that Indigenous academic research fails to represent Indigenous communities. However, a non-academic research made by non- indigenous scholars will not leave no stone unturned. This type of research may not actually set norms and standards for Non- Indigenous communities but can give an unbiased and inner report of the original situation of these people. The so called white knowledge is not free from imperial and colonial biases but it is a fact that imperialism and colonialism are an integral part oh history. Undermining the impacts of this is nor advisable too. Sexual politics and the white and non-white parenting has always been a topic of research but it is important to ask ourselves that how many researchers are gay and lesbians. Research is gathering facts and sharing knowledge.
